As part of Mel's Sweetness, 'Tempered Blocks' represents our chocolate masterpieces using the best quality materials. The products on this page only use branded couverture dark and milk chocolate.



Apart from truffles and enrobed chocolates, we still using moulds for our finished products. We carefully selected these moulds from well known mould maker from Belgium and Italy to complement the exquisite taste of our chocolate.



Our selection of moulds provide choices for our customers to choose from. This means that any chocolate flavours are not limited to single shape.



We believe that it is important for the customers to have their own taste and preference as to how they want to enjoy their chocolate.

Strawberry & Vanilla Fillings

It's been a while since I created this blog, and this is a first post. I'm please to introduce two flavours of my pure chocolates. The fillings, or ganache were made from natural strawberry and vanilla paste. 

Since I'm using 57% dark chocolate, I tried to keep the taste and sweetness on the mild side. So, both the chocolate and fillings can complement each others well.
